Neva again

Yet again MYA has cocked up, from the day i booked my surgery ive seem to have had problem afta problem. The last straw is they took two payments of £2850 out of my account last week making me £3,000 overdrawn and still it hasnt been refunded. Im left completely penniless at the mo and at my wits end. Thankgod it wasnt MYA doing the surgery. Any surgery i wish to have in future il shall deal directly with Mr Singh himself as his work is fantastic.

Oh God, that is BADDDD! If I was you I would charge them for all your overdawn charges Mandy as this is not your fault after all! Have you spoken to your Personal Consultant? I hope you sort this out soon hon. Good Luck mate!

Yeh thy say thyll cover the charges but cant get funds into my account til thursday. Why cant it be a straight transfer. Ive gota good mind to go to the press and tell them exactly how MYA treat there customers. iM LIVID

This unfortunately took longer than we would have liked, as the error in fact occurred with an external party and MYA as a company had no control over the situation.
