    Hey girls

    Im 3 weeks post op now and loving my new boobs!! does anyone know when it is safe to start exercising again. they are still quite tender but am desperate to start running again??

    Hi sweetie,

    They say 6 weeks and running I would probably give it 6 weeks you don’t want to spoil them. I did start some other less ‘bouncy’ exercise after 3wks though (gym addict) I did bike so they didn’t bounce! Running might be a bit tricky tho,

    i was told jogging is a no no til six weeks, your skin is still healing and stretching and you wouldn’t want it to over stretch!!! i’m 3 weeks po tomoz and just doing loads of walking and as nikki said gym bike should be ok xx

    I have been told 6 weeks.. I do quite a lot of cross training so hoping once im 6 weeks i can get back to it..

    I am off for 4 weeks post op so hoping to do lots of walking once i feel ok and lunges ect. Lower body stuff.

    How about sit ups are they ok? I’m 2 weeks post op desperate to tone up a bit xx
