NEW BOOBS :) My story 5th March!

Hi girls. Well I finally got them Hers my ‘long’ story lol

My stats are:

Age: 27

Weight: 8st 7

Height: 5ft 6

Bra size pre op: Empty 32/34 B

Implants: 470 responsives under the muscle with a nipple lift.

Surgeon: Mario Russo

Arrived at Preston at 8:30 and got shown to my room, it was freezing in there to, really bad heating facilities so I said I wasn’t getting into the gown etc straight away as it was to cold to sit about in. Anyway, sat about all morning. Heard nothing as to when my turn was but didnt think id be too late being as i was a day case. Nurse came in at 11:30 ish and asked me questions, checked my notes. Gave me the stockings and paper pants and told me its best if I get changed now so I’m ready. So I did. At about midday the anethatist came in to check everything.

By this time I was starting to get fed up and annoyed as I was meant to be a day case and it was now dinner time and I’d heard nothing about my times etc. Sat in my room till bloody 2:30pm with my husband(who was also getting pretty annoyed that I’d still not been done) Then Mario came in and did his artwork. He said very little and didn’t ask me anything about my implant preferences until I mentioned it. I asked if I could get the biggest(470)if they fit and he agreed. Confirmed I wanted a natural look(but more like told me ha ha) Then off he went, mentioned nothing about when I’d be going down which p****d my husband off. I thought I’d be going pretty much straight after he left but NO! HOW WRONG I WAS lol! 5 pm they came for me! 5 ‘a’ BLOODY CLOCK! For a DAY CASE! 8 1/2 hours after we arrived! Anyway off I went, nervous as hell. I lay on the bed and he put the ‘thingy’ in my hand and said he needed to give me some fluids first to hydrate me as I’d had nothing to eat or drink for 18 hours in total! So I had that on a drip and then they wheeled me through to theatre. By this time I was so scared, seeing all the lights in theatre etc But there was no going back now, he said this was first course, and injected something in my hand, made my whole arm dead, felt horrible, then the nurse asked what my fave drink was to which my reply was ‘anything’ ha ha! I’m not fussy! Then he injected the GA.

I don’t remember nothing then till I woke up surrounded by about 4 people all tidying up and working around me. One nurse said ‘hello, your all done, everything went fine’ then from out of nowhere I started crying, couldn’t stop, she have me a tissue and said not to worry, it’s totally normal, some people get aggressive, some emotional! Glad I wasn’t one of the aggressive ones lol! Then through my blurted tearsI asked what size I had, she looked at my notes and said 470’s Mario used the biggest! Was a happy girl!

They wheeled me back to my room, I was still crying for some reason lol, my husband looked petrified when he saw me upset, I told him not to worry. The nurses and doctor asked him to leave the room whilst the got me back in my bed and settled. I felt groggy, slurring my words, and god did my chest feel tight, muscles under the breast were in agony, I could lift my arms at all but I managed to have a sneaky look at my new boobies and they look so good and perky for so soon after the op, my husbands eyes nearly popped out when he saw the size of them lol! Anyway to make the ending as short and sweet as poss, I ended staying overnight as it was 7:30 pm by this time and to be honest I wanted to stay as I didn’t feel like moving, the let my husband stay till 11:15pm, made us both some toast then I tried for sleep which wasn’t great when I could only sleep sitting up.

I’ll be honest about the pain girls, for me it was and still in pretty bad, can’t lift my arms to even scratch my head, my muscles are so so stiff and sore, I am in quite alot of pain. Have booked another night in a hotel here as I don’t feel up to making the 4 hour journey home today!

I will be adding pics but not for a couple of days as Im not at home with my laptop. Good luck to all you girls who are booked to have yours done, the pain will all be worth it as that’s what I’m hoping for me xx

Thanks Vicki! I couldn’t believe how long I had to wait either. Even one of the nurses said to me that she didn’t understand why I was last on the list as a day case! But anyway I have my boobies now, just keeping my fingers crossed for a good recovery xx

Gosh! What time did you end up leaving the hospital?! That’s so annoying! I’m hope my husband isn’t bored tomorrow as he is comming with me too ! And I’m a daycase!

Annie, I didn’t leave last night, I didn’t get back to my bed till 7:30pm. They said I needed to be there for 4 hours at least do they could monitor me so they weren’t gonna let me home. I left this morn at 9am.

yeah hun mine went well im 2wks post op now and loving the new additions!! lol had a huge bout of booby greed over first few days (think we all do) but really happy with my size now pain wise luv justmake sure you keep dosed up on your painkillers every 4hrs and set your alarm for in the night so you dont wake up in agony like i did! personally the pain for me was far far worse than i imagined and after reading on here about all the girls not really being in much pain at all i felt like a right wuss lol but we all have different pain thresholds and deal with it differently i guess! but on a more positive note,regardless of the pain id happily do it all again 2mrw as the results are well worth it just take it easy over the first few days and you will be fine, you will love them!! xx

Hi ginag Ive sent u a friend req. Just wondering if you had to ay the extra to stay overnight even though u ended up staying because they did the op so late? Im having a day case but hope I dont have to stay overnight 2 x

Hi hun, I’ll accept you, pics aren’t gonna be up till end of week tho. Erm no I didn’t have to pay extra, you don’t have to pay for overnight if you end up having to stay the night. It wasn’t my fault I was staying over night, it was there fault for making me wait 8 hours till my op, I was the last on the list! So I’m not bloody paying for that! Anyway to be honest I was in a lot more discomfort than I thought I would be so I’m kinda glad I stayed as I didn’t feel like getting out of bed!

Bek, I think that’s what I’m gonna do, set my alarm in the night. I am in alot more pain than I thought id be glad your op went well, can’t wait till I’m 2 weeks post op so I’m hopefully feeling less pain. xx

No hun, not at all but I won’t be uploading pics till the end of week as I’m still in the hotel for another night as I’m in too much discomfort to travel back home. I’ll accept you anyway then when I upload pics you can see them xx

Congrats on the new additions hun. Shit you had to wait so long tho hin. How’s the nips feeling? Are they sore. That’s the only bit that’s worrying me about my ba and nip lift lol. Happy healing an hope the discomfort eases off soon for you xxx

Thanks hun. Woke up this morn and my nipples are mega swollen and they tingle loads its a horrid feeling. I’m shitting it too when they take the bandages off them as to how they’ll look! I don’t want wonky nipples ha ha! But to be honest they can’t possibly look any worse than what they did before so either way it has to be an improvement! Oddly enough it’s not the nips that are causing me the most pain which I thought it would be. It’s my muscles under my boobies coz I had unders. God it’s a lot worse than what I thought! But ‘hey ho’ I’m over the worst now I’m hoping and on the recovery road you’ll be fine hun, I’m a proper wimp and if I can pluck up the courage, anyone can xx

As per my email @ginag84, well done for finally getting your boobies! My nipples didnt hurt at first, after a few days i started feeling twinges, quite painful twinges – as if someone was plucking big fat hairs from my nipples (I DONT HAVE HAIRS – just best way to describe! haha!) I must be a wimp too, still struggling to lift my arms up!

i am now 15 days post op and had my dressings off today – my nipple scars are really good and neat! v.impresssed, mario is a perfectionist after all!

I read a post a few days ago, recommending shock absorber bras, a very good recommendation! I was previously wearing a 34b/c, i was measured today at 30f and wearing 32f for comfort in sports bra!

ginag84 – you are over the worst and you’ll get better each day, promise!

Thanks Natalie. Its nice to hear your progress as it helps loads to no you are getting better each day. Coz right now I’m lay here in agony. Can’t sleep either coz I’m struggling to be sat more upright in bed lay on my back and plus my bum keeps going numb lay in the same spot. I just wanna roll onto my side. Plus the anethatist who put my canular in has bruised the whole of the back of my hand and it’s swelled right up. I woke up with 2 canulars, one in the back of my hand and one in the crease of my arm and no one seamt to no why I needed or had 2!! Still its over now. And thanks so much for your nice message, its really good to hear positive things xxx

Mrswilla1981- don’t let all this put you off, I don’t regret a thing and I’d still do it all over again given the choice, I wouldn’t change a thing as I no it’ll be worth it in the end xxx

Thanks to you both, and – Oh yes I must add that any pain has been 100% worth it! and I too have a numb patch on my bum that is still numb – had first night lying flat last night so it should go lol! X
