Hi Ladies,
A Friend Has Recommended Me Too Join As She’s Found You Really Helpful 🙂 I’m Looking Into Having BA, But Have A Few Questions & Wanted Too See If Anyone Could Help?
I Was Wondering;
* How Long Did It Take From Your Initial Consultation To Actually Having The Surgery?
* How Soft Do Your Boobs Feel After? -I’m Worried They’re Going Too Look &
Feel Really Hard & False?
* The Difference In Unders & Overs
* & Are You Completely Happy With The Procedure?
Any Replies Would Be Really Appreciated Thanks x
Hi hunny it took me around 8 weeks from start to finish I’ve known some people wait as little as four weeks, I’m 10 days post op and they are started to feel soft although they still have a way to go yet.. I love them and so happy I’ve had them done!! I don’t feel they look too in your face false either Hun xx
This was off a site to explain over and unders..
Breast implants below the muscle or subMuscular the muscle under the breast does not completely cover the implant. It covers the top half or maybe the top third of the breast implant in most cases. Some plastic surgeons refer to this position as partially submuscular, which is more accurate. In some cases, it is referred to as “dual plane” which is another variation. They all serve the purpose of providing additional coverage over the breast implant which is especially important in the upper chest to give a smooth transition in the upper chest/breast area. Also it will prevent visibility of the implant and helps to camouflage rippling and wrinkling of the implant. This is especially important in women with low percentage body fat.
The downside is more discomfort after surgery, the possibility of movement of the breast implant with contraction of the muscle which is rarely a complaint unless the movement is significant and the woman is a body builder who competes. Mammography may be facilitated if the implant is under the muscle.
The alternative is over the muscle or subglandular. This may be reasonable in women with more breast tissue and/or greater percentage body fat since they have more tissue for coverage of the implant. Also, some women with a mild degree of droopiness of the breast may benefit from the subglandular position. (In some cases the dual plane technique is used for this purpose as well.)
There can be less discomfort after the subglandular procedure. There is a slightly greater chance of capsular contracture with silicone breast implants over the muscle.

How Do You Feel Now Are You Still In Pain/Discomfort? I’m So Scared With How I Will Cope After As With Having Two Young Children I Know It’s Going Too Be Really Difficult Especially As I Don’t Have Much Family Around Too Help?
I Guess The Surgeon Will Explain What Would Be Best In My Circumstance Just Good To Know The Difference In Advance 🙂
Are You 100% Happy You Had Them Done Even Though You Haven’t Seen The Final End Result? Couldn’t Imagine Having It Done & Hating It Lol?

Hi, I had my consultation on the 26th June and I’m having surgery on the 18th July. My surgeon is Dr Singh, he seems really nice and so far everything’s gone smoothly. I’m having my implants put under the muscle as I don’t have enough natural breast tissue, so I need the muscle coverage. Feel free to add me, I’m gonna post some photos when I have them done. Xx
Hi hun i had my consultation then had surgery around 6 weeks later.. im 17 days post op my boobs are getting softer as the days go by.. they dont stay hard.. i had overs because i have had kids and my boobs were empty.. usually implants are placed under if u have very little breast tissue.. i had mr traynor and im over the moon with my results so far.. no regrets xx

I’m Still So Surprised With How Quickly You Can Have The Surgery From Having Your Initial Conaultation, It Seems Very Exciting, Although Also Daunting As I Feel Once I Book The Consultation It Could Mean I Will Be Having Them Very Soon Lol…
Are You Aloud Too Specifically Ask For A Surgeon? I Understand This Could Affect The Time Of Having The Surgery But Just Curious If You Was Aloud Too?
Thanks Heather Would Love Too, I Understand Some Women Can Be Funny With Just Random Adds So Didn’t Want To Start Doing It Lol..
Glad A lot Of You Are Happy With Your Results Deffo Makes Me Feel More Confident With Having Them Done 🙂 xx
Hey hun u will get a choice of surgeons that cover ur clinic u can see as many as u like and as many times as u like xx
Thanks Hun 🙂 xx
From my initial consultation to surgery it was around 8 weeks.
I had unders which is where the implant is placed under thr muscle. I had to have unders as I have little breast tissue.
I had my op 3 months ago and they look natural and nice and soft.
I could not be happier with results, totally exceeded my expectations, I really think they are perfect for me.
