Julieanne wot u describe is completely normal hun… mine felt really tight and like lead ballons hun – ur rite it is uncomfortable xx but it all gets better hun – mine started to feel better round the 6 day mark – get the Tesco high impact sports bra £6 (Princesskitty will also agree) They REALLY are a godsend – they really are supportive i still wear mine to bed and when not in a proper bra – i wud recommend them to anyone xx

At day 6 i was off getting me nails done and felt pretty ok xx

o yes i 100% agree with that i love my high impact bra always wear it to bed and through the day too when i cant stand the underwire lol xxx

Thanks 2cuks. Has helped a lot. I have my macom bra on at the mo. I have got a couple of tesco high impact bras. I was an empty 38c/d had 685cc inspira med profile overs. Thanks for all your support girls.xx

PK – I just found that the Macom gave me hardly any supoort at all – i kept it for emergencies only…. xx as u know i lived in my Tesco high impacts just like u did x
