*NEW PICS ADDED* 470 Responsives Unders With Nipple Lift. Pls Help Girls :(

Hi girls, the twins are one month old today :)I’ve added some new pics for girls who are having similar etc. Am currently in an E sports bra for those who want to know

I have a few issues…first one is my incisions underneath, my right one is pretty much on the original crease line he drew. However the left incison is noticably quite a lot lower than the crease line he drew pre op, you can see this in my pics. I’m thinking he might of lowered the crease on the left as its quite low down for it to be just ‘human error’ or me being picky! This has also had an impact on the shape of the boob underneath(as you will see) The breast looks more of a square shape, as though the boob needs to drop to make the bottom fuller. Compared to the right breast, you can really see the difference. Please can you have a look and give your opinions girls?

The nipples still have some more healing to do, however, for those girls worried about puckering, I was so upset when I saw mine at 10 days PO, they were so puckered. However they have improved soooo much, it goes girls, mine are flattening out lovely now. They are still sore though and I have some horrible holes in the nipples where those horrid dissolvable sticthes need to come out And my right is looking a but more battered than my left. But there getting there slowly but surely. Just cant wait for them to drop a bit more and fill out the odd shapes at the bottom of the boobs(please tell me this will happen?)

Just want to add, Im still so happy with Mario and what he’s done with my boobies! I think I’d have to be stupid not to think that, considering how bad my pre op boobs were!

Would you mind me adding you hun? I had 390 overs but I’m being paranoid and impatient about how they are healing etc lol. I can’t see my scars yet but the plasters seem to be slightly round the side rather than directly below xx

I Think they look real good hunny, your still early days too do I’m sure they will change loads too yet but they are looking great gina xx

I’d be more than happy if I had what you’ve got now though. I also hope mine go a similar size, I’m having 450cc, moderate profiles though xxx

Sophie and Leah, thanks girls. I no they’ve got so much changing left, I just want them to drop and fill the bottoms out! It’s just bloody annoying when you see girls who aren’t as far post op as you are but yet there boobs look perfect! Well jel lol!

Hi Hun, i had my creases lowered, was going to have the nipple lift bt Mr Traynor discussed at Pre op and on the day he really didnt think i was going to need once the implant lifted it up and my creases where lowered.

I am 18 days post op and my boobs are starting to drop a little now into the lower crease so mine also are not fully round at the bottom yet, he did discuss this with me and said it will take time to full round up at the bottom due to the enlarged pocket, xx

Unfortuantly the girls whose boobs look amazing and great shape from day 1 tend to be the girls who just have quite small breasts that have good nipple alignment and shape, so all they are having is a bigger set, for me it was a complete change in shape has it has been for you too.

Thanks Catherine, lucky you not needing the nip lift, there’s no way on earth I could of gotten away without having one, mine were so low But I think mine are starting to drop a little in certain places as the shape has changed underneath, but it’s not changing in the right place yet!! I guess some changing is better than none! Even if it’s not in the place I want it to lol!

I am more than happy with what Mario has done, if I got the chance to choose again, I’d still choose him. But my little moan is, he never mentioned anything bout crease lowering on one boob in my consultation or on the day of surgery. In his defense, he could of only relised this whilst i was on the operating table and he was doing the procedure. But because I was last on his surgery list, he’d buggered off home by the time I came round from the anesthetic! So I didn’t even get chance to see him after my op to find out what he’d done! Just would of been nice to know!

hey @ginag84, i’m having problems with those dissovable stitches too, i currently have a hole in each nipple with another one ready getting ready to annoy me! I thought i had infections but got tested and all is well. Would just love to have a shower though and get these dressings off!!! On the whole, Mario has done a super job and i love the newbies! Just uploading some new pictures of my now squishy boobs! I soemtimes get jealous of the perky boobs that @catherine7210 describes, but then i look at the transformation of mine and think WOW!!!!!!!!

ginag84 – when is your post op with mario? i wonder whether you;ll get the same advice as me to keep bra off so your boob drops to the new crease line??…gonna have a peek at your pics now

Hiya natalie, I have 3 holes in my nipples from the s**t things, hate them. I was told I could get them wet at my last post op. However I took the decision not to get any water on them as they just had to many holes and openings in them to risk getting water in and infection. So I’m keeping them dry and covered with some gauze and tape. I woke up this morning and a little bit of yellow stuff had oozed out of one of them(yuk) However I’m not concerned about it being an infection as its not red, it’s not sore. It doesnt look any different to how it did the day before. So Im not running to ring the nurse as things stand! Just want the bloody things out!

I’m seeing just the nurse in 2 weeks for my 6 week appointment. Then I’m told I won’t be seeing Mario till the 12 week mark as I text my PC to ask as everyone seamt to be going at different stages. But she text back saying I don’t see the surgeon till 12 weeks! I’m hoping mine will correct themselves and drop lower in the next month or so, fingers crossed

mine were oozing green stuff ginag84 – it was disgusting, cant even describe it, people will feel sick reading it! i thought i had infection so had swabs taken but not infected. I have been going back to the clinic every week having dressings changed and due back again this week, a bit dissappointed not to have bumped into mario yet! haha! it doesnt sound like yours are infected neither but i have certainyl had a lot of attention from the nurses compared to you but i’m not too far from the clinic and really dont mind the drive in x blimey, 12 weeks is a long time if something is wrong, maybe you could really push for earlier appt?

i’m sure its just a case of waiting for them to drop xx which clinic are you under?

I went initially with Leeds for my consultations and pre op. then went to Nottingham for my post ops. I’m going back to Leeds in 2 weeks as that’s the only place I could get a Saturday appointment for. I live in Peterborough so the nearest clinics are Nottingham and Birmingham but even they aren’t local, both over an hour away. If I go and see the nurse at 6 weeks and I’m still concerned, I will ask to see Mario earlier. I’m going on holiday at the end of May, which Is roughly the time I’m due to see Mario if I leave it till 12 weeks. I might try and get to seem him for the end of April, beginning of May. I’m sure everything will be fine in the end anyway. But I just want normal boobs to go on holiday with lol!

No, I’m not concerned with infection at all, I’m keeping my eye on it anyway. If I lived closer like you do, I’d be there more often to. But anyway hopefully things will heal up nicely for both of us…eventually! And I no what your saying about Mario, trouble is a lush as he is, I get soooooo embarrassed when I see him, like a school kid. When I have to get my boobs out I go bright red ha ha! Pathetic, I’m 27 for gods sake lol! xx

I’ll let you know how i get on dress shopping…i tried on a bandage type dress at lipsy last week – i looked like katie price in it! i’m not really sure how to dress these big booby-dazzlers yet!!!

I hope I have that ‘problem’ of trying to dress my boobs lol! It’s all part of the fun, experimenting with your wardrobe Let me no what style you find fits best. I’ve a feeling anything stretchy would be your best bet, a nice little body con number would be perfect, it’s just finding ‘the’ one

And I wouldn’t have the ‘balls’ to ask for a hug! So I take my hat off to ya! A hug from the dishy italian who gave you beautiful boobies lucky girl!!! xx
