Thank you reecara and amanda ive been told not to shower for another 5 days so im still having shallow baths : / but mine are also very sensitive and sore so im dreading a shower. This whole healing process feels like its taking forever. x

I’m ok thanks Anchovie, saw Mario yesterday and he said back to the breastband for another two weeks and then bra-less for the next two weeks after that! It’s a long slog but he knows what he’s talking about so I have to stick with it!
