The painkillers made me sick too, felt so much better off them, it took a couple of weeks I guess, I was driving at 7 days po and it was fine. I’m back at the gym now, lifting weights etc, but still can’t do a push up, that does hurt.

The surgery day was a long one, my admission time was 9am but didn’t have surgery until 2pm, just depends on their list. I didn’t leave until 7ish, took me ages to come round from the surgery. I stayed at the holiday inn just round the corner, which was great. Xx

I must say it’s fantastic how they have “fluffed” and literally grown! I really hope mine will do that still. My right one refuses to drop and soften properly. My muscles must be super tight and strong.

Yana, I’m sure yours will fluff soon, mine have only done so in the last couple of weeks, they aren’t all the way there, but much better than the first six weeks for sure. They def seem bigger! X

Hey, the pain was quite bad for the first week and eased off in the second week. Third week was fine, I would take a week off work, I def needed that long. X
