New Pics not too happy TBH honest opinions (good or bad) appreciated.

Hi Ladies,

Ive not been on for a while due to 100’s of reasons, just going through all my messages now! xx

I have put a few new pics ups, most will know i had a full uplift with 340mhp in Sept last year with Dr T. I think they have sagged a lot in 7 months and am worried for the next 7 months and years to come.

They also point to the side and when I lie down they go under my armpits! My nipples are also different sizes.

Could you have a look at and let know what you think? Am I being daft or should I go back? I didn’t have my 12 week check either Thanks in advance ladies. xxx

Hi chick, so sorry to hear this. I had a nipple lift and BA 9 weeks ago and I am having some issues with the way my nipples are looking(wished they were rounder and wish he’d trimmed them down too) I’ve sent you a request if that’s ok. Are you gonna book back in to see Mr T and tell him your concerns? xx

I wanted my areolas reducing and I would of assumed he’d of just done that for me whilst doing the nipple lift…..obviously not Mine are a zillion times betters than before but I just have a few niggles, I’m not happy with them from a side view either, as they down look like they have rounded out underneath but I’m hoping that’s just because they haven’t dropped yet as I had unders.

Yours look soooo much better than pre op, they still look great now compared to before, but I can see what you mean about them dropping a little. Def book back in to see him, youve nothing to lose xx

no matter what anyone else think nick, if your not happy, voice your concerns, doesnt matter how many people tell you they look fine, if you dont think they do it will bother you, ring your clinic and ask to see you surgeon, you paid enough for your boobs if your not happy you have every right to see your surgeon xx

This site annoys me too it’s ridiculously slow!! I’ve sent u a request hun, I’ll be honest I find in general we are all so critical of our own boobs cos we study them and find imperfections, but in reality they are still fabulous xx

All I wanted to be able to do is wear a bandeau top in the summer without a bra but I can’t as all the fullness is to the side and they look saggy, they look like they have fallen out with each other lol!! xx

def contact your surgeon nik, if your not happy you aint got what you paid for and have every right to bring this up with your surgeon x

I dont think they look that bad ast all hun xx but its how u feel at end of the day that matters xxx

I agree if your unhappy u should see your surgeon but I honestly think they are fine!! I can see how if u had an uplift u would probably have expected more but I think they look lovely, big and natural xx

Thanks all, you are right I should just get off my lazy ass and make an appointment with Dr T. It’s so odd though, if it was a piece if furniture I wasn’t happy with I’d be straight back to the shop demanding a refund, why am I scared about this..it’s my body and 6k ffs XX

I am really peed off tbh. I have just done loads of research and digged out my ID card thingy I got from the hospital that has the details of what implants I had. I just mesured my BWD (Breast Width Diameter) and its bloody just under 20cm!!! However I alreday knew I had wide breasts.

I just checked my card and he put in High Profile implants I should have really had LP’s due to the width of my breasts and the desired look I was after

“Low profile implants result in a less projecting and wider breast. These are nice for women with very wide breasts that desire volume at the edges of their breasts, especially in the cleavage and upper breast areas”

“Some women believe that a high profile breast implant will give them more fullness high on the chest, toward the collar bone, and that a low profile implant will shape the central part of the breast. The opposite is true. Since a high profile implant pushes out from the chest wall the most, the implant will push out the central and lower parts of the breast the most. Thus, high profile implants create a pointy, round breast. Low profile breast implants push the areolas out from the chest wall the least and will create a softer, flatter breast”

i think your boobs look very natural. looking at your pre op photos it is a def improvement, however i can see they have dropped considerably since your op hence the iphone. i would go and see your surgeon or another for a 2nd opionion xx

Hello, just wanted to add to this thread to say how I think your boobs look great! I can how ever see why u are feeling the way you do. As they have changed alot since they were first Done. They do look lovely n natural. But think i would worry abiut the bear future fir them too. Defiantly go back and see your surgeon. You have Paid such a lot of money for your op, so you shouldn’t feel the way you do. I hope you get to see him soon so u can voice your concerns and see what he says. X

Niki, what size implants did you have put in? I was a saggy 34E before, and had Mario for full uplift w/implants. He said to me shape and scars should be considered first. Size is third on the list. I just said to him that I didn’t want to end up smaller, once he’d fixed them, but I left the size up to him to decide on the day. On these forums it’s easy for pre-op girls to get confused as people are constantly on about what size they’re having put in, but with uplifts it all depends on what breast tissue you have to start with. Mario ended up putting in TRFs with me, just 220 in one and 240 in the other. He also mentioned that if your skin has a tendency to stretch (which mine does), then it’s important not to put too big in there, because a year down the line, they’ll have dropped again.

I think your boobs do look fab, but I too would be concerned at the fact you can hold anything at all underneath after spending 6K.

I think you should go back honey,you paid for an uplift,you did’nt have massive implants,surely uplift means uplift and is anyone asking the surgeons how long these uplifts they are all paying for is supposed to last,we know its not indefinite and yes you would expect some sagging in time,but not in seven months,hope he can give you some answers honey,he is pretty good,xxx massive hugs.xxx

cheers chuck I said the same as you and was wearing a 36e bra at the time, However he said I had d/dd breast tissue. I had lovely boobs in my teens but pregnancy and breast feeding ruined them I went from a D to a FF due to the amount of milk production!! I had 340cc high profiles, after doing some more research I think I should have deffo had low profiles due to the width of my breasts and chest, I am pretty sure I said in passing “over the muscle and low profile” and he said yes definitely but I am starting to doubt myself now I never thought anything of it because I stupidly thought MHP meant medium high profile, which is in the middle of low and high, but it doesnt, the M stands for MicroCell!! xx

I’ve just had a look at the new pics you put up and while they look great from the front, I don’t think they should be doing that when you lie down… They certainly shouldn’t be hurting, regardless! I’m with Tina, I think you should go back for sure, because your gut feeling tells you that it’s not right. Gut feelings are generally correct! Best go sooner than later, rather than it be niggling in the back of your head and possibly getting worse if you leave it longer. Keep us all posted!! xx

As above hun! I’m having uplift with implants next month and I want to be totally happy with the result and not just for a few months. If I’m not happy I will be insisting that something is done about it. I’ve seen your pics and you do have nice boobs but I can see that they have dropped since first having it done. You still look good but if it’s not what you paid for then you really need to see your surgeon again xxx
