Hi Julieanne . Feeling loads better today. Yesterday wasnt too bad either. Hopefully it will be ok from now on! I am not going to take any meds today and see how I go. They are still obvs very tight and high up! They are really itchy too :S. How are you feeling? xx

Yeah mine are itchy but that’s only where the stitches are. Glad your feeling better. I’ve gone other way. My left boob is fine. No pain etc but my right boob is painful but apparently it’s normal. I’m going to get out for a walk again today. Hope that helps. My feet and legs are swollen too. Otherwise they are good. I took my macom off and put my tesco high impact bra on and I feel a lot better. More support. It covers my boobs where the macom did not. Hope you have a good day . Xx

My right boob is a lot more painful than my left too! I think thats because I am right handed so I am using that arm more. Yeh i washed my macom yesterday and put my tesco one on, i prefer the macom I think. I feel like its more supportive xx

Thank you anchovie I took my little boy for a walk earlier in the buggy (my mum came with me so she could push the pram), and we walked for about 1 hour. My boobs started to go very tight, but there was no pain which is good. Going to do lots of walking every day, miss the gym so much already! And I am so bloated so my stomach is sticking out as much as my new twins! xx
