New piercings…..Will i have to remove them for my BA?? :(

I recently had two new piercings on the top of my ear, i love them and dont want to take them out but my BA is in 5 weeks time! The piercings need at least another 8 weeks to heal before i can take them out. If i have to remove for the enlargement they will close up.

Do i have to take them out?

i wudnt worry to be fair, remove them… they aint gonna heal the the hour u will be in surgery.. the top of the ear is cartlidge anyway its a bit longer to heal than a cut or wound, even skin doesnt heal that quickly babe to be fair. u will be fine for a few hours i wudnt worry. just whip em out befor u go into surgery and put em back in as soon as ur out xxxxx

yep, get whoever you are going with, to remind you once you come round..that’s what I did, in case I wasnt quite with it enough to remember x

Replace all your piercings with plastic ones! My nurse said that was ok x

I was going to say what Anna said, replace the metal jewellery with plastic, that’s what I am going to do x

If it’s Tongue you will have to take it out as they have to put pipes down ur throat. I had to put a plastic piercing in one of mine as feared it would heal lol told the nurse and she asked where it was. She got soooo embarresed when I told her it was downstairs! I did giggle at her reaction lol xx

Oh thats great, i just ordered some plastic ones and they were really cheap so thats good

I left my rook in and they covered them with tape
