Hi Girls,
I had my initial consultation yesterday with my PC. My stats are 5’4 size 8 and bra size 32B. I would love to fit a D/DD Cup and haven’t a clue what size implants would get this result- does anyone have similar stats to me and can offer any advice?? I have my consultation with Mr Russo in a few weeks but just interested to know what other girls have had

hey hun welcome to the forum im nikki im a year post opp do you want to measure or look a DD, implants measure bigger than they look, so if you want to look a DD aim to measure bigger xx
Hi Nikki- Thank-you
I’m not sure really I suppose I would want to measure rather than look as I’m sure a DD cup size would be more than enough as I have quite a small frame. What size did you go to if you don’t mind me asking & what size was you pre-op?? xx
i had 460 high profile overs from a 30A i now measure a 30FF but look a DD, your more than welcome to add me, i have pics, im 5ft 9 and a size 6 and mine dont look huge on my frame xx
wow I’m sure you are really pleased with the results. That would be really helpful I will add you now, Thanks Nikki xxx
Welcome to the forum
Your surgeon will decide what implants to give you after he has examined you. His decision will be based on your individual stats/frame and how much breast tissue you have. Implants look different on anybody so even someone who has similar stats to you who measures a DD cup may have 400cc’s, but you may need, for example, 600cc’s; it is very rare that peoples chest walls slope exactly the same way, hence producing different results. Therefore it’s not always best to compare yourself to someone else as you may set an unrealistic image of what you are going to look like after your BA and you may end up disappointed when you find that this isn’t the case.
Here are some useful websites that helped me a lot:

Good luck xxx
Thanks Dolly- I will have a look at those websites now, I can understand what you mean about everybody being different so I will have to wait and see what the surgeon suggests, I am reading that alot of people wish they went bigger post-op. Is it best to show the surgeon pictures of intended results rather than ask for an ‘ideal’ cup size? xxx
lilly88,I think it is a good idea to show the surgeon a picture of the look you would like to achieve,he/she will then examine you and tell you if this is achievable based on your measurements and breast tissue.
