New to this! Got initial consultation booked for tomorrow…

Hey everyone

Im 20 and have thought about getting a breast enlargement since I was like 15/16! I’m a 32A at the moment so was wondering what size people would advise me to go? or any other advice you can give me would be really appreciated! I dont really know much about the difference between overs and unders? I guess they will consult me tomorrow about it! Im really excited!

Hello, overs means you dont have enough breat tissue so the implant has to be put underneath the mussle (sometimes this can take longer to heal) saying that sometimes this can also give a more natural look. overs r over the mussle if u have enough breast tissue. if ur an A u may need to have unders depending on what size implant you choose. do you know what size u want to be? x

hey sara thanks for letting me know the differences between unders and overs, its really helpful, i guess ill see what mya think 2moro! hmm i cant decided what size id like to be cos id like them to look as natural as possible…maybe DD/D?! i dont know how big that would look to be honest but it seems most people on this forum seem to be going that size i think… Are you thinking of getting a BA??? xxx

yes im having mine 17th dec, im having overs cant decide between 300-340cc tho. im a b and want to be a D. they say 150cc is equal to a cup size, hope this helps x

heeey, it depends how much breast tissue you have for overs/unders. eg i am very very flat chested to the point i could be mistaken for a child at a swimming pool lol, im having unders. the CC size of the implant is decided by the measurement between your collar bone(the point at bottom of neck not shoulders) to your nipple. im having 380cc in march and should be a nice full d/dd. on your first consultation you get shown b4 and after pics which gives you a good idea(however no1 was as flat as me in the book haha) and you also get shown the implants. 2nd consultation is where you meet the surgeon and he measures you and tells you your maximum size implant.

exesse im sure you worte this to me for my consult with the surgeon and it was in my bag however, i totally babbled and when i got home and found my list i thought wish id stuck with what that lass on forum has said lol!!!! mint idea!!

hey, i’m a 34a and am having 410 overs. i was convinced i would have to have unders but the surgeons know best! i want to be at least a d so am going for that option. i did want 460cc but mr c wouldnt let me go any bigger than 410cc. hope that helps x

I am going from a 34a too and cannot decide on 380cc or 410cc. I too have been offered Overs… which was a nice surprise!!
