    Welcome to the forum :)

I had round 800cc extra high profile silicone implants placed over the muscle. I had some issues with my left implant; it bottomed out almost immediately after surgery, this is when the implant descends too low on the chest and pushes the nipple higher. This isn’t always obvious so it’s very important to keep checking your boobs and ring the nurse if you think the slightest thing is wrong. This happened to me because of the weight of the implant; the operation itself went smoothly…so unless your considering extra large implants this isn’t something that you should worry about. I was re admitted to hospital within a week and my boobs are doing great so far. As far as pain goes I’ve had none; it’s just like an aching feeling as if you have overdone it at the gym…I haven’t touched my painkillers. Initially I had numbness in my nipples but most people do as your boobs have just been through an operation but the feeling returned within a week
