    Hello Girlies,

Im new to this site. So a little about me. Im 21 almost 22 and have dreamed about having my boobs done for a very long time. Im not flat chested, id say im a small c cup but since having my daughter they just look awful. It repulses me to look at my boobs to be frank and sex well lights off yes please. I have booked in for my intial consultation to get the ball rolling and im already so very excited. I just wondered if anyone can fill me in with what to expect and how it kinda works step by step as at the moment its all a lot to take in. Thanks xxxx

Your consultation is just an informal chat to see what kind of thing you are looking for. You will talk about surgeons, dates, prices, the procedure etc, and usually book a consultation with a surgeon.

Surgeons are all different in their approach but Mr. Kazzazi asked me what kind of size i was thinking of, how i’d like to look etc, looked at the pics i had brought with me, then measured my boobs from all angles. After that he wrote a load of notes and recommended the size he thought would be best to achieve the look i want while still being right for my frame. He answered my questions, explained what would happen on the day, and let me try different sized implants in my bra.

Most girls would then go through the same process with other surgeons until they find the one they click with, but I was happy with Mr. K so went back in to see my PC and booked the closest available surgery date, chose the hospital location (I could have gone to Doncaster or London and chose Doncaster), and then went home.

The following week I paid my desposit, and 2 weeks after that paid off the balance. The same week I had a consultation with the Mya nurse who asked me about previous medical history etc and went through the BA procedure with me, aftercare, what to expect, buying a post surgery bra etc. She also took some “before” pics, then gave me her card so i can contact her anytime i need for advise and support.

Op is on Sat and then there is a nurse appoint one week after that. At some point you go back to have the tape/ bandages off (if you had them), and then there is a final check at 6 weeks to make sure everything is ok.

Hope my essay covers it for you! LoL xx

Thanks so much hun. You are a complete star. With the money side is it like paying a holiday you pay so much by a certain date ect or is it one upfront payment~? xxx

You pay deposit first to secure your date, then pay off the balance. Mya chase the money pretty hard so make sure you are 100% happy to go with them before paying in full. I was lucky and went through the whole process really quick so had already seen Mr. K and made my decision before I had to pay everything off. Not sure if it’s the same for everyone xx

thanks for that hun. Do you mind me asking what size you are now and what size your going to? xx

I’m a 34a/b but Mr K measured meas a full b/ small c and with one boob bigger than the other. Size 10, 5″5, and 9st (height and weight can make such a difference in the way fakies look from girl to girl so bear that in mind). Having 380cc in the biggest and 410cc in the smallest, under the muscle. Although I’m debating having 410 in both and risking them looking odd. Hoping for at least a D cup, preferably D/D. My op is the day after tomorrow!!
