Newbie with lots of questions! :)

Helloo, I hope some of you could help me. I have been browsing on here over the weekend but have finally plucked up the courage to post lol. Sorry in advance for the massive post and questions.

Firstly, what happens at the free consultation? How long will it be untill I can know what size would be best for me and will I have to pay for next appointment?

What is the difference between unders and overs?

Was anyone else really scared at first? It’s like I really want it but I have a fear of general anethsetic(sp?) and things going wrong lol.

How have those with children coped PO? I have 3, my youngest being 1 and i’m worried it will affect me picking her up, bathing her etc.

I’m a size 14/16 at the moment,hoping to loose 3 stone for my wedding early 2013 and wanting my new boobies untill summer ’13 as will need them doing before I start Uni..so would you suggest me leaving it a while untill I have my consultation?

Finally has anybody used myfreeimplants? What do you actually have to do? – yes I am a tad dumb and niave lol. xxx

at your first consultation you meet your pc (personal carer) this person will be by urside till the end lol always there to answer q’s etc, your second consultation will be were you meet your surgeon that you and your PC have discussed this is were you will discuss size etc you dont pay for any consultations they are all free huniunders go under the breast muscle and overs go over, my ops booked in two weeks so cant answer any of the post op qs for you yet but hope this helps for now xx

At your initial consultation you’ll meet your patient coordinator and talk to her about the result you’d like, maybe try on some implants in a sports bra (they provide) to get an idea of sizes and they’ll suggest which surgeon they think will suit you. You don’t pay for anything apart from the actual surgery. You can meet with your PC or surgeon as much as you’d like without paying. Also, you can ask to meet more than one surgeon for different opinions.

Implants tend to be placed under the muscle on girls with little breast tissue whereas overs can be done on girls with more tissue that can hide the implant (I had over the muscle)

I’ve been the biggest worrier all through it and very scared especially waiting for the anaesthetic but the nurses at the hospital couldn’t have been any lovelier to me and one held my hand until I was knocked out!

I don’t have kids do can’t really advise but think you’d struggle to pick them up for a couple of weeks.

I haven’t used myfreeimplants but there a girls on here that have and they’ve done really well xxx

I am a really bad worrier and i’m really melodramatic, one strange pain after and I will think i’m about to die lol. This is the only thing pushing me back.

Also, I’m nearest to the Birmingham clinic, is this where the surgery will take place too? Has anyone on here used the Birmingham one? xxx

I use the Leeds clinic hun and went to First Trust in Preston for my op so I’m not too sure sorry. Your PC will be able to tell you all that though hun. I’m the same but try not to worry as much as I did lol there’s honestly no need for it xxx

what happens at the free consultation?

You discuss with your PC what you want from surgery, how long you’ve been thinking about it, if you have a surgeon in mind, dates you’re thinking of, aftercare policy, warantee of the implants, payment, deposit, any discount, about the surgeons and hospitals etc.

You will talk about sizes the first time you see your chosen surgeon. He will measure your breast tissue and take your stats and discuss the size and shape you want based on that. You don’t pay for consultations.

Unders go under the muscle and are said to give a more natural look. They tend to be offered to girls with less available breast tissue. Over go over the muscle, take less time to heal and are best for girls who want to go bigger.

Yes most people are scared, it’s only natural. Some girls here had never had an anesthetic before or any kind of surgery!! It’s a peice of cake though

Yes as any suggestions on size, placement etc will be based on the size you are NOW. They usually suggest having surgery within 3 months of your consultation.

Yes, I’ve been on there twice and deleted in frustration both times LOL! You will get a lot of girls debating opver the ethics of it as basically it is a site full of men paying to look at your naughty pics (you don;t have to be naked though if you don’t choose). You can also do webcam shows and video clips. But in all honesty, the men on there are just freeloaders in my experience and will talk to you for hours for free and not contribute a thing! It’s not worth it, and much quicker (and easier) to save up another way. Saying that I know a few girls who have been very successful on MFI and reached goal quickly. They all have one thing in common – they spent upwards of 5 hours a day every day messaging and chatting back and forth, so it’s very difficult if you work full time x

Hey Tinkerbell88, the girls above have answered all your questions amazingly though i did want to give my opinion of Myfreeimplants.com

I’ve been on the site for almost a year, though please bear in mind i have moved house TWICE in that time so was without suitable internet access for 5 months out of this year.

Its hard work, and when they say “FREE” implants, thats a lie. You have to work hard, and spend ALOT of time on there to build stable and true relationships with the benefactors, i’d say about 3 hours a day if possible. You will come across creeps, and freeloaders (as newboobies said) and even worse, guys who will try and scam you. But there are decent men on there and i’ve made most of my money from being sponsered to do crazy things. Be it get a new tattoo, piercings, dye/cut my hair outrageous styles and upload video’s of the processes as proof. I’ve made around $3000 from those methods and $700 from uploading lingerie pictures. (Again, bare in mind i want to chose cheesecake/pin-up modelling for a career, so pictures surfacing years from now wouldnt be a problem)

-Always keep in mind that any video’s/pictures you post online, on any website, can be multiplied and sent over the WWW. So make sure anything you chose to use you would be happy to show your friends and family within reason.

-Never let any man on the site ask you for material before he sends a donation. This was/still is MANDATORY for me. -Dont base your experience from others girls on the site – a few nights ago i was on a real downer. Seeing girls reach their goals within weeks/a few months made me feel inadequate and self concious. But i am getting there, i will have my surgery and i wont quit Go at your own pace and never let any girl/guy on the site tell you how YOU should reach your goal

Most of all, be FRIENDLY, be POSITIVE (no talking about how crap your day was and how you hate the website because you havent made your goal in a week, focus on the positives and always be gracious to those that show respect and care) BE UNIQUE (showcase parts of your personality that seperates you from other girls) and BE YOURSELF!

Like i said, its far from easy but its an option (in my case the only one, my money doesnt stretch far enough and i cant apply for a loan, and my boyfriend/parents cant pay for it).

The only way you will truly find out about MFI is to make an account, and give it at LEAST a month to make your mind up. There are hundreds of men and women signing up every day, so even when you feel like there is no one to support you, there may be the next day.

I really haven’t got the time with being a full time mum and part time access student lol, so I doubt I will get anywhere on it Also with my body, people will pay me to keep my clothes on haha.

I might open up an account, just see what it’s like for a while. But I think I will be better of just to mega save after the wedding and put our wedding gift money to good use lol.

Everyone else has answered all the questions well just thought id add that there is a hospital in kidderminster which i believe is just outside birmingham…this is where i am having my op…this might be your closest hosp if your closest clinic is birm…x
