    Hi ladies,

This is my first post on the board. I have wanted a boob enlargement for years. I had my daughter 2 years ago though. I breastfed her & ever since my boobs are terrible. Like spaniel ears. They are a empty 34b. I’m a size 8 quite slim frame.

Anyway my questions are would I need to have a lift as well as an enlargement? Could any of you give me your experiences of your BA? I’m thinking of either Harley street, mya or transform. What questions should I ask at the consultation?

    Thanks

Hi Rosaa I also had horrible empty boobs from breast feeding. I haven’t had a uplift but had to go for big 520cc implants to fill the skin. I was told from the surgeon I would never get perfect stuck on boobs because the elasticity goes after having a baby. So a think if will just depend what size you go. I would avoid uplift if you don’t need it as its a bigger op longer healing more expencive and more scars. I had a consultation with transform but they where very rude and unhelpful. Mya just had a nice atmosphere and where very helpful. If you go thru Mya give my name zoe alnwick as a recommendation and you get a £150 off. Hope this helps and just go for it best thing I ever did :D x

Hi there, I was in a similar situation to you, I breastfed two kids and was left with empty 32a/b flaps. I saw Mr Russo and was told I needed a lift and BA. I had 340cc high profile unders and a lift last Saturday, one of the best things I have ever done. I will send you a friend request and you can see my pics. I was offered 320, 340 or 380 but left it for Mr Russo to decide, I didn’t want to be too big. Have you made an appointment to meet anyone yet? Best to meet a surgeon and they will let you know if they recommend a lift x

Hi Zoeee which surgeon did you have? Isn’t there a risk of further sagging if you have large implants? x

Hi, I am having an uplift and implants with Mr Traynor in September. I had my daughter 7 years ago and I recently lost 5 stone so my breasts are very saggy and empty so I need the lift to get rid of the excess skin then implants to give me a nice shape and upper pole fullness. Its impossible to say whether you need a lift too. Thats up to the surgeons to decide but you may just need an implant to fill out the space but generally if your nipples lie below the level of the crease under your breast you need a lift. MYA have been fantastic to me and I’ve had a great service at the Liverpool clinic. They do a friend referral scheme where you get £150 off your op if you are referred by a friend so if you go for a consult at MYA I dont mind if you use my name, just private message me and I’ll give you my details xx

Debs yeh they can sagg but they will which ever size implants eventually the same as your naturall boobs would but I was told once having a uplift I am young I would eventually need a 2nd uplift and it’s quiet complicated having a uplift twice due to scar tissue depends on your situation a suppose of your going to have more kids or age etc xx

Zoe when you say they are never stuck on do you mean they are quite droopy? I want them quite big around dd/e I think. You know how Victoria Beckham has them like that. My nipples still point straight I just feel the boob isn’t as perk as used to be. Although my OH says that’s because I’ve lost my fullness. X

No they are not droopy just natural looking rather than very high yeh like victoria but it depends how much skin you have to fill out you might have to have uplift you will be best to see a surgeon I went with mr traynor he is very honest and he will tell you what he thinks but I was told even with a uplift I wouldn’t get that stuck on look with out a bra because of the lack of elasticity.most girls on here complain it is hard to get a good cleavage or high boobs with out a good bra.
