Newby :) Modified Mastopexy with 265CC Implants…Advice and Tips welcome!

Without sounding like a weirdo I am hoping to find some friends on here and follow people’s journeys! I have just booked my surgery for 30th July: Modified Mastopexy and 265cc implants with Mr Clarke who isn’t with MYA but another clinic. Has/or is anyone else having similar operation and sized implants? My breasts are an empty/saggy 34B, my surgeon said the 265CC should take me up to a D cup. I have never wanted big boobs, I just want the volume back in the top part and for them to look like good! However I am still apprehensive that they aren’t going to be big enough, am I just being greedy? He said he wouldn’t recommend going any bigger as I have a petite slim frame. I tried the sizer bra on thought they looked amazing. I am seeing him again June and also getting my pre-op, counting down the weeks. I plan to document my journey on here as i find it so helpful to read other peoples, it puts my mind at rest (well kind of) xxx

Im booked in on the 24th of june to have uplift and implants and im meant to be having 225 implants but im meeting with my surgeon on tuesday to ask if i can have either 265 or 275 instead! Im a D now but have saggy boobs, i dont want to go huge either just want tghat more up and rounder look without looking too fake x

I’m having my surgery 8th june with Harley medical. I’m now a small c, all my breast tissue is in the bottom half so my top is completely empty.
He offered me 250cc with uplift or I can have 300cc with uplift and abit extra tissue removed so they are more perky. I’ve gone with the 300cc. I wouldn’t go any bigger as he said there’s more risk of them going saggy and looking too fake x

Also told me 300cc will boost me from a small c to a full d/dd

Thanks girls. Amy mine are the same, the tissue i have is all in the bottom part of my breast. Jodie yes i feel excactly the same, i want them to be where they should without looking fake. Keep me posted on how you both get on, your ops are both a full month before mine xxx
