Like sunburn, bra is rubbing any advice for them?? Xx

Hush told me to use cotton wool inbetween your nips and the bra so it doesn’t rub on them xx

Try breast pads over your nips!

Ahhh I have some cotton wool balls upstairs I’ll give them a gon:D xx

Mine were hyper sensitive and hot yesterday too Hun xxx

mine are starting to calm down now if ant consolation… lol. im 3 weeks 1 day. Its all the nerves and feelings coming back. it will get better.xx

i put bio oil on my nips with a cotton wool pad. made mine a tad better.xx

Oooh I shall add the bio oil to the pads! I suppose then it’s a good thing having this feeling if it means the sensation coming back it was a little odd touching them and not feeling anything! Xx

Im 4 weeks post op and mine didn’t hurt to start with but they gradually got worse and worse and now I can’t even touch them, I don’t understand why they hurt after BA because I always worse a bra before and they were never sore before? X

Ahhh, the sensation coming back, that makes sense, Im 10 days PO, and my nipples are feeling mega sunburnt!! And my boobs are really tender/goosebumpy today… First time they’ve felt tender all over since I came home… Was thinking it must be the feeling coming back…xx
