nipple confusion!

hey gils, ok i had first consultation today and still unsure whats best for me?! my prob is iv got fairly large nipples and very low down, i dont really want massive boobs but i want my nipples to be higher in the middle of my breast so they are always nice and pert not saggy lol. anyone else had this problem, will a breast enlargment make my nipples look higher and more in proportion or do i need to go down a different route? x

I’d go with the advice from the surgeons Sophzell, but definately go to a good few consultations so that you can make an informed decision. I ended up going to 6 different consultations when looking for a surgeon for my second ba – the first surgeon recommended that I get a mastopexy (uplift) and reduce the size of my implant – which I was surprised about because my breasts seemed fine to me and I’m glad I went elsewhere for other opinions because the other 5 surgeons thought I didn’t need an uplift at all and were happy to increase the size of my implant. I ended up going with a surgeon from MYA and would definately recommend them x

If your nipple is below the crease of your boob then you will need an uplift. Otherwise, a large implant with a high profile will lift them. I thought I would need an uplift as my nipples are low but turns out I don’t. If you are unsure though, def go for a 2nd or 3rd opinion x
