will i be okay to wear them do you think with having an incision around my nips? and i will be a month PO when i do x

mmm good question, would you get away with using a small sterile dressing instead?

I wouldn’t if I were you, I wore them for a night out (no incisions in that area) and bloody hell did they hurt coming off! They can be really sticky and I wouldn’t want to think of how it would feel taking them off around the incision site. Dressings sound a much better idea!
