nipple length reduction

Hi i am booked to have a nipple reduction with Mario this month. I can’t seem to find much info about it. My nipples really stick out and I always have to wear really padded bras. I’ve always been very self conscious about them so want them reduced in length. has anyone had this done? What shape are they afterwards? Is the sensitivity reduced or heightened? I am nervous about this as I don’t know what results to expect.
