Hey! I’ve been for an initial consultation and I’ve been given the option of a nipple lift with 460cc implants or a full uplift with smaller implants. I’m currently an (empty!!) E cup and measure 24cms from collar bone to nipple. I want to be a full E cup but want natural looking results. I’m quite tall with broad shoulders so could carry an E without it looking too big. I just don’t know what to do for the best. The scarring of the full uplift does put me off but I wouldn’t want to waste my money having the nipple lift for them to sag again n need an uplift later down the line. Any advice girls??

At my initial consultation the surgeon told me that i would need an uplift but i was dead against the idea so i booked in just for the nipple lift.
A few weeks later I changed my mind because I just thought what is the point in having half a job?
I was also thinking in my mind that i would need the full uplift in a few years time as the extra weight of the implant will drag the breast tissue down even more.
I had a full uplift and implants yesterday and I couldnt be more happy with them!
The implants were smaller than I wanted but because Ive had an uplift they look a lot bigger than I thought they would.
Feel free to add me and have a look at my pics hun!! xxxx
I’m quite surprised you were given an option normally they just say what you need,
I was told I needed nipple lift, I wouldn’t have enough to do a full uplift anyway. I was told there would be little possibility of the breast sagging and my nipples would never be in the wrong position after my lift.
Maybe do some research then ask to meet with the surgeon again and ask what they think you would be best doing, say your concerned about later what they will look like xx
Jennabelle I am exactly the same .Mr Traynor said I don’t have enough skin to uplift so couldn’t possibly do one but as my nipple is so low and close to the crease I’m having a nipple lift and creases lowered.. For me there is no option of either as I’ve been told I’ve not enough saggy skin to do a full uplift… If they had said to me nipple lift or uplift I’d have gone for full uplift , but not given choice.. Well 24 cm’s is only a cm Lower than wat it should be? I had full uplift n implants & currently can’t find abra to cover my nips cos they’re too high!!!!xxx
Hi girls do you measure from the collar bone too middle of nipple I mean the actual nipple!?
I’m wondering if I will need one

I measure 24cm too (I think it looks more) my breasts haven’t sagged either they’re tubular so just my nipples are in the wrong place and my areola is too large, the rest of my breast is fine and I have quite a lot of breast tissue (according to Mario)
Amanda.s I’ve had a peek at your pics they don’t look high they look spot on shame you can’t get any bras
I’ll probably be the same cos I have the same measurement xx
as someone has said your only a cm more than normal for the nipple position so i personally would just have the nipple lift, the scar will only be around the nipple and on some i have seen are hardly visible but dont let the scaring put you off a full uplift as most of the girls who have had them done there scars have faded really well. xx
