I’m not too sure the title is right for this lol.

While reading into having a ba done a read a few comments on how after surgery nipples can be pointing in different directions or not in the centre of the breast. Now looking at lots of photos on sites like love your look it seems that woman that have this problem after the ba had nipples that were a bit off in the first place. It’s just because their boobs are now bigger it is highlighted a bit more.

Is this theory right or can it be that if the implant is not placed in the right area it can indeed make your nipples look off or one facing south the other east?

mine seem ok, but my mate had her ba done about 10 years ago, and hers point completely in the wrong direction!! and when she wears a balconette bra, her nipples actually show!!! im sure they bodge her boob job up, and her niples are very high up, it doesnt seem right!! somes womens niples look really pointy, but after about 4 mths they appear to look a bit normal!! i had ba and uplift, so my niples were ompletely cut away and re positioned back on!! but they look alot better than they were b4, they were terrible b4. all wrinkly, like chicken skin ha ha XX

lol yeah i think when people rant about the nipple placement it because they have seen the pics of boobs jobs done on the cheap or from the early 90’s lol. I would just hope that the surgeon would look at them and think hmmm there off and sort it out lol.

hey hun. The MYA surgeons have done thousands of boob jobs in their time so they are very experienced. Basically with a breast enlargement you can only expect to acheive a fuller version of what you have already got, so if you already have misaligned nipples, they will be the same or maybe more pronounced. Straight after surgery my nipples were very high up and very pointy, this is simply due to the tightness of the skin around my breasts. im now 3 weeks post op and the are back in a more natural position nearly exactly how they were before, and ive still got a long way to go!! mention it to the surgeon when you see him/her and they should give you a rough idea of what to expect. hope this helps!!xx
