nipples before op

anyone ever felt like they have quite large nipples before their op? I feel like mine are quite sticky outey ones of that make sense lol! I have breast fed 3 babies so I reckon that could be it? anyone else felt like this and they been totally fine after op? domt want to be one of these people that’s nipples are constantly poking out at if they’re cold hahaha!
