No bra after op??

When I had my pre op the nurse told me Mario Russo doesn’t advise wearing a sports bra after… Does anyone know if you wear something else instead? Or just go braless? xx

Really my nurse didn’t say that to me… just said he liked a breast band so will order one of those but was just about to order macom today xx

She told me to take one just in case but he doesn’t usually use them? Did you order a band or do they give them to you there? xx

Some surgeons prefer not to use them my friend went with transform n didn’t wear a thing. I’m jealous coz I Hate wearing my sports bra my skin is so sore n it just irratates it more feels so good without 1 on lol xx

i ad to wear breast band for two weeks and when i went to my post op meeting with mario, at 4 weeks, he said no bra for one month! x

natalie, what did you wear after the band? Before your post op?? Were you braless? I want to be braless! xx

she put it on my sheet to order a band so assume will give it to me post op… god it’s so confusing lol xx

lucyloulou, i hated not wearing a bra! after the breast band i wore the macom bras and i also bought a couple of shock absorbers. then at 4 weeks i went to mario and he said no bra, i lasted a couple of days and then after a little chat to the nurse who was helping me with dissolvable stitches, she said it wouldnt hurt if i decided to put my bra back on. I found it quite painful to be braless but then again they are quite big and i had a fear of them drooping so felt more comfortable with my bras on.

I think they will naturally drop down to wear mario likes them when they’re ready! in the meantime, they look semi-natural anyway and i like them ALOT! Xx

Mr Adamo also recommends not having to wear a sports bra after, he said to just do what feels right but there is no need to wear one. I wore my macoms for a week and am glad I did as they kept me supported.

Yes no problem girls, add away x I had 470 trx (responsive implants) 380s seems to be a nice size x bet you can’t wait to get the pips removed! X

Hey, i had Mario Russo three weeks ago, after my op he told me not to wear a bra or have a shower for two weeks!! Just to wear the breast band for the first two weeks then you wear your bra after that up until the 6 week point. Xxx
