Im pretty fed up of not being contacted at all from MYA. I think they have forgot about me. It took 3 weeks and numerous calls to them to get my finance sorted and even get the form. I have my ba next week and do not know the time to go, no calls, no check up conversations, nothing. Im fed up of calling them. Is anyone else having this problem? is it normal? thanks. xxx
im having my op end of april but i have found them really hard to get through too and take ages to call back and reply to emails. i think if i hadnt already paid deposit id change to transform my friends used them and they were really good plus you can get your op done much quicker the next week or something if you want xxx
Hi what office are you dealing with? I’m from Liverpool but going through Manchester office as main one. I have found them to be really good got the forms out to me by recorded delivery asap and I also had phonecall yesterday confirming my admission time and asking if i had any questions. My op is next week also. xx

I’ve gone through the Leeds clinic and I’ve found them to be brilliant. They’re a lovely set of girls that work there and Dawn the nurse I see is fab – I’d highly recommend them.
