I text my pc last week asking how long I’ve got left to pay my last bit of money which wasent a lot I got no reply and I’ve read on here some ppl payed not long before there surgery I was hoping to pay it beggining of may but nope their accounts just rang me to say they need it now or my surgery will get postponed! I said well I want a discount because of waiting for so long but nope had to pay it now then if I’m eligible to a discount I would get money back HAa yeah right asif! I would get the same old ‘there was a waiting list’ funny when people only just booked and they get an earlier date! Really peed off cause its all excuses and money grabbing and when I ask to talk to someone I get ‘call your pc for further information’ I don’t want to! She jus gives me the same old no one has cancelled and she hasn’t seen any more dates, fuming.
