orrrrrrr u cud just take them out of a few bra’s mine always seem to come out, so instead of binning them now, im keeping them to use after my op. asda do a really good one aswell that i got a few wks ago xx

can you just wear a normal non wired bras? like im 4weeks po tomor and my macom is driving me mad especially in this weather xx
