    Hi Girls

Had my 6 week check up on tuesday, everything is fine but my nurse told me to wear non wired bras until i see my surgeon in another 6 weeks. Has everyone does this? If so where did you get them from? Had a look in m&s and debenhams and don’t like any 🙁 xx

I’m currently wearing non wired bras as couldn’t handle wearing the sports bras all the time anymore but don’t quite feel ready for underwired (I’m 7 weeks post op). I brought the m&s ones and although they don’t look the most attractive I do thoroughly recommend them. They’re so comfortable but still really supportive, and the cups shape to your boobs which is good as they’re still quite firm. If you want to look elsewhere though Victoria’s Secret do some non wired bras with memory foam cups, they’re more on the pricey side though xx

Hey Hun my nurse told me the same and when I told her my friends (a few) have had there boobs done and wore wired she just said they have to advise it but when you leave the room it’s up to you, she just said it’s purely incase they irritate your scars as they are fresh she said xx

Check out Asda, they have a few nice ones both cotton and lace. All non wired bras and the price is cheap £8 each.
