Non wired bras – how soon?

Ok I’m only a week post op but the sports bras are already driving me nuts! If I go to m&s tomoro and can find a non wired, low sitting bra with no lace… Can I wear it?! Obviously ill wear my sports bras at home, night or if I’m wearing a t-shirt. But I really want thin straps!

I started wearing support non wired bras after about 10 days they are from m&s. Also the asda sports ones 2 pack isn’t as restrictive as a full sports bra (racer back ones).
