Holly, did you wear these after you had worn your sports bra, or in place of? Or do I still need a high impact sports bra to wear for 4 weeks when my breast band comes off? And then wear these after? Just been looking at them and they look comfy but not sure if there suitable xx

I have these 3 bras, a macom, 2 Primark sports bras and 2 Lonsdale sports bras. I’m 2 weeks post op and just alternate between them all. For the first week I only found my Macom comfy but now I can wear any of them. These groupon ones do hold me in so they are fine for me day or night. My macom is my overall favourite and I’d def recommend you buy one xx

Hmmm, ok,think I’m gonna order them. I’ve got 2 primark high impact sports bras ready for when my band comes off next week, are they ok? And do they sit below your scars? xx

how long is it ladies til you can lift your arms, e.g put clothes on over head or sports bras on? .. just so i know that i can buy the sports bras with out front fastening x

With the primark ones, I adjusted the straps so that they held my boobs in well but found this made them rest on my scars so when I went for my post op, the nurse adjusted the straps so they were at their longest and it then sat below my scars and didn’t rub! I’m wearing a Primark one today at work and would def buy it again.

Dollz, I could lift my arms after a day or two… I didn’t just to be on the safe side but could pretty easily put back fastening sports bras on by just leaning my body forward and feeding my arms through them. You don’t need to lift your arms right up to put them on xx
