    hia,

i had my ba last oct so its was really cold coming out of the hospital. The nurse wasnt happy with me just wearing a zip up top and made me put a vest top on. i had to lean forward with my arms pointing towards the wall and then she put it on for me. If you’ve got people to put a vest on for you this is the best way to put it on.

    i didnt stop wearing them!

    Hey Tasha,

I’m feeling exhausted, the pain is much better today just the incision areas slightly tender….and the strapping is very itchy!!! I wore tracksuit bottoms and a night shirt to come back from the hospial…..not very attractive at all but I couldnt have cared less as I was soooo tired!!!

I had my BA done on wed 18th Aug at Highgate hospital with Mr. Singh hes such a fab surgeon I am very very happ with my results. xx

Tasha-It all depends on how you feel. You could not and will be advised not to lift your arms too soon. I bought some support boob tubes which I run from my foot for about a week. Once the nurse saw me for my 7 days check, I took a full bath with the help of my hubby then decided to try a normal shirt and it worked.

Allilou-The pain will get better hun…believe me it came a day that I would say to myself, what have I put myself into because of the pain and lack of sleep. I am now on my 10 days post op and feeling better each day. Happy healing!
