Hi girls, sleeping is getting much better now but every morning I wake up from lying on my back or side and when I sit up and my boobs drop its not extremely painfil or anything but is very stiff. It feels quite uncomfortable because I know its the implant/boob changing position where it has been stuck in a slightly different one from standing compared to sitting up straight.

How long is it going to be until I cannot feel anything at all? Skin is still very tender but im sure this is from my bra! When I take it off its so much more comfortable think my skin is being rubbed by my bra 24/7 and becoming sore.

I still cannot put my car in to 5th gear (it is quite stiff, not me being a weakling) but its using a muscle to push inwards and I cant quite do it at the moment, the thought of getting back to the gym seems miles away!!

    Any advice appreciated :) xx

Hi chick, congrats on your new boobies! I’m 7 weeks post op and the final niggles to go away was morning boob and putting my car in 5th gear! I was cool to do most things after a week but gradually the morning boob and 5th gear changing gets better each day. I think for me, i was pretty much back to normal after around 3 weeks. x x x
