Normal tops…….

How long after surgery before you can wear normal tops (as in tops that don’t button/zip up)? I dont have a vast array of button up tops so do I need to stock up?x

i was able to lift my arms over my head enough for a normal top 3 days post op! I just bought a few zip up hoodys for round the house for the first few days xx

Thanks jo – I just suddenly realised it’s not just straight after the op that I wont be able to put normal top on! xx

You will find with most vest tops you can step into them as well..just don’t stretch too much when you put one on over your head xx

Hating wearing these zip ups all the time and Im only 2 days post op… I look awful and feel it… So impatient!! x

I was wondering this too… I only have 2 zip up tops… will be dying to get into some normal ones… x

I’m gonna get a few H&M vest tops to step into. They’re dead stretchy so should be easy. Don’t want to buy a load of tops that I just won’t wear afterwards.

Well I have been everywhere today looking for button/zip tops and couldn’t find a dingle thing I would wear again so I’m definately going for the stretchy vest and I’ll step in x

Lol wish I could stay in my Hammurabi the clothe selection in the shops at the moment is appalling! I’m jabs problem even finding a sports bra! In in Thursday any suggestions? Did manage to find a stretchy crop brad seamless looks really comfy but not sure the PS would be happy?

omg didnt even think of not bein able get dressed lol how long till you can lift your arms up to get dressed and do normal things? lol does it hurt alot to lift your arms at first? x x
