I’m going to Portugal tomorrow and have no idea if my nose can be in the sun? I’m 4 months post op from closed rhinoplasty- would it be ok to use a really high factor on it?

Nurse and dr G told me 9 months ! Be very careful be prepared for swelling because of the heat! Try wearing a hat and not having it directly in it so avoid keeping your face in the sun for long periods have breaks ! But definitely put a high factor on x x
im not sure but im guessing it wouldn’t be half as bad as open but be careful 🙂 to be honest I think youl be totally fine being 4months just be careful with your incisions hope you have a nice holiday xx
