Nose job. Anyone have the worry that they'll look exactly the same after??

Nose job. Anyone have the worry that they’ll look exactly the same after?? Had a dream last night that I went through all the surgery and week of sitting in my house. Then when I went for the unveiling I really couldn’t see the difference and still had a massive nose…..reassurance please!!!!

I can tell the difference in shape in mine already and still have the cast on If you really want quite a big difference tell the surgeon that xx

Who is your surgeon, I also had Dr G like Meg. I can tell the difference even with the cast on, the general shape is smaller and I can see my hump has gone, from people I’ve spoken to on this forum it changes week by week as it takes a while for the swelling to go down and everything to go back to normal inside not just what you can see on the outside.

I think as long as you are absolutely clear when you are speaking to surgeon about what you want you can rest assured it won’t be the same as before.

I thought to myself God it can’t be any worse than it is now….and it isn’t

Thanks Filly, my surgeon is Mario Russo. It is tomorrow, i’m having closed surgery at 12pm. Am really excited now. Was thinking i would write down want I want so i don’t forget anything. When did you have yours done? Meg’s looks so great, have you put any photos up?x

I had mine done on the 28th, get cast off on Tuesday will put some pictures up so you can have a look. Fingers crossed its o.k!

Talia writing everything down you want to raise with your sergeon definitly sounds like a good idea, I’m going to get some pics of my nose and photoshop them so my sergeon knows exactly what I want.

I didn’t photoshop mine (had no clue how to!) but explained to him what I wanted and he really listens and does as you ask (Mr Gonschoir). I’m happy with mine and getting used to it more and more
