Nose job-can't breathe out of it only 1 day post op

Anyone know if this is normal? Xxx

I just found this quote from a rhinoplasty surgeon on the web:

“It is not uncommon to have some difficulty breathing through your nose right after surgery. The areas are traumatized and swollen, and because of this, it can take a few weeks for patients to feel like they are breathing normally again.”

Ah thanks hunny it’s just completely blocked, keep thinking what if I never breathe again!

Hope Ur doing ok, I’m ok but quite sore hate not being able to do anything my poor mums doing it all bless her xx

i have a friend who had her nose reshaped she said she felt like she had a real heavy cold all blocked up,and she said she had headache for a few days too,her nose kept bleeding but she was fine,i think its so scary because you are worried something is going to go wrong,if you do get worried call the nurse for a quick chat its part of the service they wont mind,happy healing.xxx
