    great, thanks.

i am going to try and get it done this year, has anyone had any difficulties with finance?

I got a MYA loan last time and paid it off early so im hoping that will act in my favour-not too sure on my credit history though. 😯

Roughly what sort of proce is it?

hiya! i had on in april this yr with dr.gonschior. hes the best of the best! hes listens to what YOU want and advises u on the best way. my nose doesnt look at all “nose joby” like its so obvious! u wouldnt be able to know unless i told u. im still very swollen but nothing major that stops me from doinf anything or that makes me look weird! i had open surgery. it is intrusive and i wouldnt say to someone that wanted it, yeah do it cos its not for everyone. i was uncomfortable and u have the plaster on for 12 days so cant go anywhere. and then i looked a bit weird like lopsided so had to stay in for another week. if ur gona do it, do it in the winter cos i definately notice my nose looks swollen in the heat and when im cold its tiny!!! if i had to do it again i would, i wouldnt put me of. the only other thing i would say is that i now understand how addictive surgery can be, im already thinkinh… ooh what else can i do . maybe cos ur happy with ur boobs u want that confidence boost again. maybe u were ok with ur nose but now u have picked another fault and if u thought about it u could proabaly live it. we all have faults but we dont always have to “fix” them. just saying lol :D hope this helps and ask if u want to know anything more!!!! xxx

what exactly is the diff between closed and open? and can you choose which one to have? i’ve read up about it but don’t really know what would class you to have open/closed…?

katieg…thanks for the reply! :-)…yeah i agree…surgery is very addictive!! i think i wil go for the consultation and see what they say.

Did you say you’re nose swells up in the heat?? does it always do that?

They will tell you which is best for you. It seems like surgeons have a personal preference of which way they prefere working.x

Open Surgery gives them a better view basically so if a nose is a more “difficult” job they do Open as far as im aware.. xx
