Nostril reduction (alar base reduction)

I’ve been interested in getting a nose job for years and finally taking the plunge and going for it. The main issue I have with my nose is how wide my nostrils are, I’m happy with the bridge but just want a nostril reduction. Does anyone know if this is possible with Mya or have any experience?
