Hey there girls, I’m having my 1st consultation with a surgeon in 2 weeks time and am currently a 34A bra size. I wanna be a D cup. I really want to have the implants placed sub-pectoral as this would decrease the risks of the implants bottoming-out and for other reasons too. The only thing is I looked up on the internet and it said if you do not have enough breast tissue then you cannot get certain larger sized implants :S !!!!!!

Can anyone reassure me that I’d be able to get subpectoral-placed implants and still be able to achieve a size D cup? PLEASE HELP! :(

    I was 32A post op & was offered 260 & 300 to acheive a C/D cup with over.

I choose 300 & in surgery ended up having unders due to thin breast tissue.

I’m currently wear 34C sports bra but still have straping on holding them back until tomorrow. so may need a larger one.

I sure some thing between 300 & 380 would acheive this but I’m fairly new to this so cant really help alot, Your surgeon is the best person to advise u on size tho hun xxx

Oh so if you don’t have enough breast tissue they usually opt to put them in sub-pectoral? that completely contradicts the website I was on lol, i was thinking about getting 410cc lol Just coz I’d rather be a D/DD than a C/D Im just so curvy on the bottom and 5ft 10 I rli dnt think even a C cup wud suit me lol

Yes if u dont have much breast tissue they go under the muscle instead of over.

not sure what implant size they will offer I no u cant go to big cus obviously u dont have lots of space in there & dont want to end up with big boobs covered in stretch marks.

I’m 5ft 7″ & size 10 think at the min mine look natural size.

u need to make sure your surgeon knows exactly what size u want & wether u want to look a D/DD or measure a D/DD cause from what I’ve been told implants measure bigger than they look.

sorry I’m not much help xx
