I am able to decide for myself whether I want overs, unders, or partials!! How on earth do I decide that and I only have 5 DAYS?!?! Please help girls what shall I do xx

I heard unders give a more natural look as it protected over the muscle, I’ve been advised unders by tDolan park and can only hav about 360-380 x

THE UNDER/OVERS/PARTIALS ISSUE

i know this issue brings many problems for some girls so here is some help:

unders – these are usually partials… surgeons always call them unders when infact they are partials. the first layer of your muscle (u have three layers) is cut from the other two, and the implant is placed underneath that layer. u can therefore not see the rounded part of the implant, u can also feel the bottom of the implant where the muscle doesnt cover,

full unders are where the whole chest muscle is cut from the chest wall and the implant is placed under all three parts. meaning the implant is fully enclosed by muscle and u cant feel any implant. this kind of surgery is mainly used for re constructive surgery and also gender change surgery – not for normal day to day cosmetic surgery I,E what we are getting.

the type of unders we get are in fact called partials as the name suggests u can partially feel the implant at the bottom, this has a six week recovery rate and not a long complicated op.

full unders take a lot longer to heal and also a much more longer complex op!

Overs- these are placed into ur breast tissue. and usually give the more rounded look. dependant on what amount of breast tissue u have to start with.

Natural look – if u have small amount of breast tissue, unders are more natural, however if u have a large amount the overs tend to give a more natural look.

Thank u hun thats brilliant, he has advised I have overs as I do have enough tissue to insure they look natural, I just got a bit stuck as I like the look unders seem to give. . However at a year post op the differences seem very slight, and I have to come to terms with that no matter how many pictures I look at everyone is different and our boobs will all look different even if we have an identical op lol. Therefore I think I may just trust what the wise man says lol xxx

aww i know how you feel, I’m frantically trying to find out what size would look best and whether to have extra high profile cohesive cui or to pay a bit more and have the naturelles!?

im worried that the extra high profile won’t give me a full enough look in the middle? I’m having 310cc currently.

i do think we have to leave it to the surgeon but its so hard when we look on this forum so much!lol xxx

I know that’s what got me all confused too!! Cui don’t do extra high only high, and over the muscle gives a better cleavage result, and both unders and overs give a natural result as long as right placement is used for the individual. . . These are all questions I went back to ask today! I paid extra for natrelle originally purely for the risk reduction and lifetime guarantee, im now glad I did also as I can have the extra high profile which tend to sit better on smaller frames and allow u to get a bit more volume, he reckons he can get me to a DD with 375 which im more than happy with who is your surgeon?? Xx

Im having Dr Adamo, it’s def a good idea seeing him again cos I feel 100times better after second time! Yea I said large D to DD, and im a 32b too, however, he did say it’s possible that although I will have the same volume as a DD I may (not def) measure a little bigger as I have a small back, so eg could be 30e but I will look exactly the same as someone who has a 32dd. He did offer me the 340 first that would get me a d but for the amount of money I would rather that little extra lol. Xx
