Not boob related – has anyone had thread vein removal?

Due to sunbed damage, my cheeks have a permanent red colour with tiny broken veins. I’m thinking of having a couple of sessions of thread vein removal (thankfully it’s going cheap on today’s Groupon!) and wondered if anyone has had it done and how many sessions it took? X

I had one go on the skin around my nose. Very painful n they ome back and worse! Xx

Oh no!! No point if they come back. Hmmm, might not bother. x
