I’m about 16 weeks post breast enlargement. I’m pretty sure my impants have bottomed out as my nipples look way to high and all the fullness is at the bottom. Saw my surgeon at 10 weeks, at that time it hadn’t really started bothering me, but I told him and he agreed the implant had moved down but it wasn’t that bad and said they’re good but not perfect. No mention that they should be fixed so I just left feeling ok. The past 6 weeks it’s started bothering me and I’m sure they’re dropping more, I look awful braless! The good but perfect comment has played on my mind too… for £4000 I want perfection lol has anyone else bottomed out? If so what happened and did u have a re-op? Did u have to pay? There’s no way I can afford to fix this! Not really sure what my next step is… xx

You shouldn’t feel like this, you have paid a lot of money I know we do not get guarantees but that’s not right and they should sort it and to be honest love I’m sure you wouldn’t have to pay! I would call the clinic in the morning and make an appointment ASAP. X

Hey hun, im in same sitch as u in that i hav also got bottomed out breast implants with alot more fullness at the bottom than the top. I had an uplift with implant exchange in march due to mya putting PIP implants in me origionally and im now awaitin a date for reop, as a new surgeon i saw agreed that my boobs are far from perfect and need sorting (both previous ops having been done by mya ex surgeons). All id say is push for what u think is right hun or you will probably get fobbed and fobbed again, good luck x
