Not happy that I'm having to wait 24 weeks after BA to see my surgeon!!!!

Hey girls,

Just wondering if anyone else has had to wait this long???

I had my BA in Aug with Mr. Singh. Hadnt heard of my nurse since 1 week post op (she explained she was leaving the company and another nurse would be in contact to arrange my 6 week check) well I hadnt heard anything at all…..I had no concerns or I would had rand my PC but I feel as part of our after care this should have been arranged.

I was also told that I would see my surgeon 12 weeks post op to check all was ok and sign me off, so as I hadnt heard anything I rang my PC at the beginning of the week to arrange this…only to be told I couldnt see him until Jan 31st…..which is 24 weeks post op…granted I was offered the opportunity to see another surgeon but I choose Mr. Singh as my surgeon so I expect my aftercare appointments to be with him….I find it astonising that I was able to have my initial consultation with Mr. Singh withing 6 days of first contacting the company…yet I’m having to wait 24 weeks to see my surgeon for aftercare….I’m not concerned at all and I’m more than happy with my new assets but I just feel disappointed that the aftercare hasnt been up to scratch! xx

That is really weird hey!! i had mr adamo i must admit i did ring nurse 4 6week check but didnt have any trouble getting an appointment to see him..

ive been in contact with him through mobile cos had problems with swelling which i think has been rally gud just calling him on mobile i so need peace of mind all time as go insane..

really bad seeing some1 january though i would demand wanna see him b4 if you feel want to see him xx it is your aftercare you do pay foe this whole service

Thats not on babe!!! Ive had some problems with seeing a nurse at my 6week appointment and then seeing mr singh…ive finally got one for the end of october. Why dont they just tell you to go to another clinic to see him??? What clinic are you with babe?xxx

I’ve been going to the Cardiff clinic, there care as been faultless before hand but the aftercare has been terrible…i was considering having lipo with them but having 2nd thoughts now x

Hi I saw my surgeon (Mr Aurakzui) after 1 week then yesterday (3wk) and I am seeing him agin in 3 weeks, .. I know mr Aurzkzui is fussier than other surgeons as he likes to follow up his work etc. But 24 weeks seems like a JOKE hun xx

exactly i no, think I’ll be ringing my PC again today….surely hes in the Cardiff clinic before the 31st January!!! xx

Totally agree wiv u hun. Mya was near on faultless on the lead up to my op and 2 days after but their aftercare has been disgusting! I was also considering lipo and rhinoplasty with them but now i wouldnt put myself through it…..as my solicitor says this has been as is classed as MEDICAL NEGLIGANCE!

definatly hun…even the NHS would make sure we have our follow up appointments. We paid good money to go private!! xx
