not happy with mya!!!

Ive had my consultation and am booked in for 31st of october. I was in constant touch with MYA all up to the day i paid my deposit which was on friday and now have heard absolutely nothing from them since!

Feel like as long as they have the money they dont care and im considering going elsewhere seen as i am spending so much money with them

i felt like that to, i missed my pre op app bcoz the admin staff sent the wrong infomation to me so they re-sent the letter without any postage on so i had to wait 48hrs to collect that and pay for it…then i get a txt from my consultant saying u missed ur app….pleaseee so i told them what for but im still booked in for the 22nd sept for the op with Mr Russo…what procedure you having? and whos ur surgeon? x

its difficult when your spending so much money!

My surgeon is Mr Russo as well im getting breast enlargement but also a nipple lift as well!!

One boob is 32C and one is big 32B, he has ordered me 320, 340 and 380 overs but still cant decide hun, what about you? xx

Hey Stacey hun. Can I ask you a question please? If you have had a consult and booked your surgery and know he has ordered you 3 different sizes why are you still expecting them to contact you? You won’t be contacted now until your pre op which is normally a week to 2 weeks before! Am I missing the point??

i text the person who has been looking after me yesterday and she still hasnt got back to me when before i paid they have were brilliant.

Hi, that sucks Hun, I paid my deposit Friday and I thoight to myself I bet now I have paid I won’t be on the top of her list but she has been really good, I emailed Tuesday to change to a day case. Instead of over night stay and she replied straight away and was lovely about it! Also she has already booked my pre op and sent conformation in the post.

Maybe send an email or text tomorrow and just re ask you question, sometimes there r reasons for not replying if really busy or even off.

I’ve been a bit the same, loads of contact before it was booked but not so much after. I think like fairydust says though, there’s not much left to do and most questions you’ll have could probably be answered on here which is what I’m using it for. I’ve also had texts unanswered but I suppose they will have loads of patients not yet booked that will be the main focus x
