I was hoping to have my BA Jan/Feb but due to finances I haven’t been able to book, I’m still really interested and hoping to book later in the year after I have saved some more money. I had the £500 off voucher & since christmas I have hardly heard from my PC- mainly hear when I email her to update her. Before I heard from her a lot wanting to know how things were going and if I was still keen to book and now I feel like because they no longer do the discounts so it benefits them more for me not to book until later in the year she isn’t bothering to contact! Has any one else had a similar thing since christmas?? Up until now I had been impressed with the service & while I understand as I’m not ready to book right away I’m not really a priority but I think it’s still good customer service to maintain an interest?!

Hmm, difficult situation.. they may just want to give you space so you don’t feel pressured, put it this way if I was short for cash I’d be a bit annoyed if they constantly phoned me and I’d wonder why they felt they need to chase for business.

If however, you’d booked and were being useless with giving dates/times etc, then I’d worry.

I went to MYA for the first time 2 years ago, they chased me up a couple of times but then stopped as I couldn’t get funds at the time, once I got it I went back to them – no reason to feel disappointed really xx

I agree, she probably doesn’t want you to feel pressurised and i’m sure she feels that you will call her when you are ready x
