Hi girls,
I need some serious help. I’m not sleeping at all at the moment as I’m so uncomfortable! For the first week I was staying at my grandparents and I slept through the night like a baby. But now I’m home and in a different bed it’s just not working for me.
I have a backrest which I currently have on the lowest option with a pillow behind my back and two to rest my head on but my neck is absolutely killing me and I keep waking up down the bottom of my bed.
Can anyone recommend anything? xx
Hi Amy,
Try putting a pillow under your knees, it should stop you slipping down and will take some pressure off your neck!

A travel neck pillow has saved my neck as it was killing me too!! Xxx
Sack of the back rest babe
Have two pillows up wall, V pillow round bottom of your back, travel pillow round your neck
Honestly the best way

I got a V pillow off ebay for less than a tenner! it came today, I had a little go before and its proper comfy! xx
Hey hun so sorry to hear ur not sleeping well I used a back rest, v pillow, plus pillow under my knees as previously suggested, one on my lower back and one under my head!
I kept me legs together and wrapped myself up like an Egyptian mummy. I was so comfy and relaxed I slept like this for four weeks it was December so the extra pillows helped to keep me warm and I had a onesie on
I think I’m gonna go out tomorrow and get a v pillow and travel one too! The back rest was such a lifesaver for the first week but now it’s the most uncomfortable thing ever, my head has nowhere to go lol x
Defiantly get a v-pillow Hun! I got mine from Argos think it was about £8 or 2 for £15. I use my back rest with a normal pillow long ways up & them my v-pillow! I have my back rest on the lowest & it’s been fine with me! If not loads of pillows with a v-pillow does the trick also x
@lisalou84 I’m going to grab one tomorrow and see how I get on with it. Sounds like just what I need x
I agree the back rest can be a hit ans miss sometimes just try to adjust it. I had mine quite high up and piled pillows on as I couldn’t move when it was too low was bit scary felt like I was sinking into my bed.
