Hey, I’m 6 weeks post op and wearing bra to bed. I try sleeping without it but after a few hours I feel uncomfortable and put it on!

Was wondering what others were doing/ advised to do?

I’ve been advised to wear sports bra 24/7 for 6 weeks. After this to wear to bed pretty muc indefinitely. That’s mr kazzazi’s advice xx

After 6 weeks to wear a sports bra to bed pretty much indefinitely. That should make more sense! My iPad misses letters and words out if I don’t concentrate, bloody thing!

I wore mine to bed for about 4 months p.o, just found it much more comfortable :)I also had Mr K. It doesnt do any harm to wear it for longer, if anything i think it gives them more support when youre lying on your back etc.

why would he be angry?? i paid nearly £4,000 for my boobs, what my boyfriend wants doesnt really come into for me, if we want nookie i take it off, then put it back on when we are done, i dont see the big deal with sleeping in a bra and my bf dont mind anyway lol xx

My friend had hers years ago and still sleeps in a sports bra for comfort and support, I’m only 3 weeks post op and am still sleeping on my back scared of going on my side I guess when I eventually brave it the sports bra will help support them and make me feel more comfortable, but then I’m scared of underwires eventually too might just wear t shirt bras ha ha don’t want to harm my boobies

I think its down to personal choice ….my surgeon said dont have to wear a sports bra from day one only when i want to…i barely ever do although I liked wearing cropped top bras seamless some support and easy to sleep in if you want. Im wearing a bra to work 6 weeks post op surgeon said from my 5 week check I could but I found it soo uncomfortable compared to braless lol

Thanks girls, I was braless for 4 weeks but was sleeping on my back then. Definitely easier to sleep on side with bra on and seems I’m not doing them any harm.

Megagray111 it can be a bit of a passion killer as they’re not the sexiest of lingerie!! Though it can be whipped off when needed lol. As with the other girls i wouldn’t take too much notice of my bf said about it as I’ll do what’s most comfortable for me and best for my boobies!!

i had my boobs done 22nd and i don’t wear a bra to sleep in any more, purely because ive got such sensitive skin it was becoming sore, even after bio oil and different fitted ones. the material rubbing on my skin was making them quite raw. Mr Adamo told me not to wear one any way but i do during the day, but at night i don’t.

I’ve found this has softened mine up loads.

If my boyfriend (if i had one haha) got in a mood because i slept in my sports bra. I’d be like…hold on there love! i paid good money for these babies and i would like very much to keep them intact! and as Aysha said he will be thanking you when they are still pert.
