Hi, Im going for 300/350cc and have thought I wanted unders and have my surgery booked for the 20th may but am now panicking thinking I might be better with overs as that’s what I was recommended but have been told by other patients they will look fake and droop a lot more in time… Please can anyone who has had overs help… :/

all boobs droop hun lol but only if your gunna walk around all day everyday minus a bra, overs dont look fake they appear more natural, as they sit behing the breast tissue, unders on the other hand have prominant cleavage and when you tense your pec muscles your boobs move in an unnatural manner aswell which can lead to them looking fake, i had overs and they feel like me, they move as they used to which feels nice and i can squeeze and jiggle them lol both have pros and cons but honestly listen to your surgeon ask him to consider partials if you are worried about either one as this is a middle ground which you might benifit from as it has the added bonus of being above the pec muscle but under the muscle fascia which would give you that extra support xxx

Hey hun, i had overs with my first BA and that was 10 years ago and in all honesty I hardly ever wore a bra and my hardly dropped. I was advised to get overs again with my 2nd BA as the surgeon said I had a perfect shape already and he didn’t see the point in putting them under as you have less control in the shape they will become as the muscle takes a part in this. If I was you I would take your surgeons advise as they do this day in day out and they always know best xx

Hi iv bern given choice of overs and unders and i personally chose unders due to the fact i have very little breast tissue. If i choose overs you would be able to see the edge of the implant. Both unders and overs have there pros and cons. Happy choosing. X
